Recently BellAirs management was taken over by Pennwood. Considering some of the management that we've had in the past 9+ years, I'm a little cautious.
Considering one was raising everyone's lot rent per person in the family, pocketing the money and living like a methed out queen. The other, *sigh* said she would send in the information to you purchasing your home, where she never did, only to receive a letter that you have X days to pay, otherwise it would become property of the state and auctioned. Then when I gifted an old trailer, that was to be a fixer upper. She met with the new owner, obtained his name and number, handed him documents pertaining to the property. When he balled 6 months later.
Boom letter in the mail for court, stating that I owed the park XXXX.XXs for a home that was gifted to someone else. There wasn't even any notice about her intentions on the previously owned trailer, As she had my contacting credentials.
Now there are somethings I am curious about. After making a few calls about abandoned trailers, where the water pipes burst over the winter. We received a letter. stating that we should call the emergency number in the future. However, that letter also stated that leaving the water dripping during freezing climates, will not aid in the pipes freezing. The irony is, insurance companies and the American Red Cross sites all state otherwise. (A slow drip) Please explain.
SIdenote, scotch taping a notice to the awning screen door doesn't mean it will stay.
Prior to that letter there was another one stating that Pennwood would be taking over the management of the park and that things would stay as they where prior. Some of those changes I completely agree with, like the evictions of the degenerates that either had no contract, thieves and drug addicts. Which is why I installed 360* view cameras around my home. The visual inspections of the lighting within the park, as the back portion has had issues for far too long, the low hanging wires, some of which that are just a few inches above trailers that are occupied. Getting plowed, more than just once per winter season. But, like all Pros there are cons. I can understand the the inspection of water pipes coming into ones home. Tho, I am questionable on the matter of the access panel, that's attached to my home, where the threshold was breached, without prior notice or consent about said visual inspection. Simply put, it a matter of respect for one another. Moving on, last weekend, while I was outside doing some spring cleaning and inspections myself from this past winter. Noticed management and crew walking through the park issuing notices. However, upon making contact, Asking if you're the new management, in hopes to put a name to the faces of those in the office or ones that may maintain the grounds within the park. Just to receive no acknowledgement or a handshake for that matter. I am a little leery on who I am dealing with, more so after reading prior reviews, talking into effect that in my career, you deal with company shrills regularly. Lastly there's an issue of a notice that I received stating that I have a 25.00 balance for my lot. But prior management and current have been accepting the usual 450.00 /monthly with no issues. Yet when I made multiple calls in upon this matter. The last one being on 3.14.18 It was stated that they don't know why there is a balance. Where I left my name, lot number and direct cell number to get back with me. And have yet to receive any feedback 15 business days later. (including Saturdays)
I can understand that taking over management of another trailerpark can be a bit overwhelming, more so with the condition of the power and cable lines hanging low, some street lights staying on all day. Where others come on when they want to through the night. Combined with abandoned trailers, fences needing repair, and so on. But, with the past experiences of management here and some eye raising points, I'm hoping that we just got off on a bad foot and future engagements can change my mind for the better.

I have lived here 25 years....been through many different management people.. honestly who is working over there now people.think have attitudes but they don't. It's there job to be strict and follow the rules. They c snt have different sets of rules of people. So people think cuz they don't bend rules..that they r mean...it is what it is.. follow the rules and u will be okay... been here 25 years...had money problems stuff but we c snt expect them to let us live for free.. I like living here tbh..that's y it's been 25 years...n drugs....they work on that stuff...every place has drugs. It's an epidemic in every area..not just trailer parks or home home communiteies...residential areas..it's every where..
